Job Description
We are currently seeking English Teachers to teach secondary school and university students through the General English and IELTS curriculum. Candidates have to contribute in a result-oriented and team work environment.
General Requirements
-
Degree holder in English, Education or other relevant disciplines with Teaching qualification recognized by the Hong Kong Education Bureau; eligibility for Registered Teacher standing in Hong Kong preferred
-
High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
-
Commitment to best educational practices and on-going professional improvement
-
Familiar with IELTS curriculum is a plus
-
Possess the following qualities: motivated, confident, enthusiastic, patient, friendly, positive and flexible

Minimum of two years classroom teaching experience is preferred

Hong Kong ID holder
Job Responsibilities

Preparing teaching materials according to the lesson plans and grade assignments

Monitoring class discipline and students' learning progress at school

Reporting to the supervisor about lesson progress and students' performance

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account and HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial transactions as well as providing support to the HR team with basic administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations including accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies
-
Support the HR team with basic administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating employee benefits
-
Handle customer inquiries and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
-
Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
-
Provide support to the HR team with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
-
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
-
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
General Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
-
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
-
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
-
Experience with the Flex system is a plus
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
-
HR experience is a plus
